Solo Recitals

The Solo Recitals – as well as the Young Instrumentalist Class – are the premier classes of the whole Festival.  Here is the showcase of all that is best in the week of competition.

Performers in these classes carry an extra weight of expectation!

You need to arrive on stage appropriately dressed for a “serious” performance.
Scruffy jeans will affect your impact on the adjudicator!

If you are using the official accompanist, then, to be fair to both of you, you must arrange a rehearsal with the accompanist beforehand.
The cost for this is not included in your entry fee.
